I have a concept ready to launch if I have some investors backing me up.
Income will be growing gradually like any other business, but would be quite lucrative enough than the others. I wouldn't like to make any tall claims but investors would see the results themselves.

The Business would revolve around websites but with an unknown aspect which no one bothers to encash in(Its White hat and totally legit).


1. The competitors would turn up to be clients with the method
2. The idea is not yet identified by the market and its a great time to encash on this idea.
3. Search Engine Optimization shall be done on the websites along with a good amount of advertising.
4. I am ready to commit myself and my personal contacts to start the business.

I haven't got even a single response from anyone who has viewed this thread. Can all the investors here give me their opinion as why they are not interested?

Its kind of strange that I havent got a single reply even when I had placed an honest offer.

I am willing to provide verification documents if investors feel its a scam. Also if investors feel its not a lucrative business then they can contact me for any clarification.

I am willing to clear everything on yahoo chat or on this forum.

You need to be very careful about attempting to raise capital via a forum like this, at least if you are in the US. Federal securities laws require that any offering be registered unless an exemption exists. Registration is prohibitively expensive for a start up. To qualify for a "Reg D exemption", you must avoid any advertising or general solicitation. A private offering must be PRIVATE. You can get leads, of course, but the offering must remain private.
