Accelerated Promotion Schemes
Dear All
I am currently on an accelerated promtion scheme with an international company. I would be really interested to speak to anyone else on this kind of scheme. I am currently based in the UK but have just changed to a role which will require 120 days travel a year in the Middle east and Asia. The company is very good in providing me with a broad range of experiences through different proper jobs - not just continual moving about through departments. Would love to hear any ideas or thoughts on how effective this will be in the long term! Stepper

my suggestion for you is to show your dedication there & to try to learn upto maximum from, as you said it is a good company. This is time only when you can concentrate on learning... with out any much work load.
