difference between M.tech & MBA courses in HRDM

difference between M.tech & MBA courses in HRDM

I think there is large difference between Mtech and MBA degrees.
Mtech widely focus is on technical aspect of education,on other hand MBA degree guides you towards management side in different fields... Moreover i dont think that there is any link Mtech and HRDM courses.
