well .. not to say that u cant be a great leader if u havent seen bscool..neither to say that u will automatically be a great leader if u attend a bschool.. but without doubt the exposure, opportunity and ppl that u meet in a bschool will definitely help in moulding urself into a great leader and understand some aspects of grp dynamics..
