The India Airlines – IDBI Deal
The State owned Indian Airline is in talks with IDBI to raise Rs.2,400 crore in rupee loan for financing the purchase of 10 mint-fresh planes from Air-bus, starting 2008.
This will be the first time the airline is seeking rupee financing for aircraft purchase. Do you have anything to add to this ?.

What sort of planse are the buying?

interesting , indian airlines seem to have huge plans ahead, probably these would be jumbo passenger planes for travel flights within anf outside india
