I cant see how this could be interpereted as SPAM as it is an offer for all Business people can help them at same time and that is exactly what it did.
Our site does not need much help we have over 9million people come to the site in March alone ,which started out as purely information for new companies and has been diverted now for members. the site is now Global , and we thought to give some of the Business People here in the UK a free listing .I do not consider this to be SPAM and with respect have objection to you saying this is SPAM POST as was not placed to your EMAIL then it could have been considered as SPAM .

I am sorry you did not think highly of our offer to place your company on our directory but that was your decision

One advice. Your directory submission is hard to find. Fix that.
Another friendly advices - your index is a bit confusing, for the normal impatient internet user. The purpose of the site doesn't stand out and "scream in your face" what the site is all about, until you read the "much too long" text below.
