Default Motorola’s Management problems

I have read a few articles on how EDWARD J. ZANDER Chairman and Chief Executive of Motorola and management are being held responsible for Motorola's current operational problems. I need help finding articles which highlight their management/financial problems and what similar companies in the technological field have done to solve similar ones. If no particular company comes to mind what would you do to solve the problems?
