ebaY consistent wrestle against becomming a dot com bust keeps rolling (years afterwards).....

currently, they are trading stock for less than $40.00USA while making more in roads into international affiliate and auction services (ebaY recently improved payout on affiliate bankrolls) and they developed a new marketing concept called 'contextual' for online marketers to push!!

And don't think for a minute that there is no opportunity in online auction retailing because I've followed the performance of Powersellers and for the last 8-9 months it has been a good, really good (since last Christmas) and there are strong signs that ebaY is a safe marketplace too!!

And the acquisition of Skype is online too! heck, ebaY is good news.

I used to like eBay but recently it has gone really downhill. Now it's mostly filled with sellers from china selling junk and scammers taking peoples money. On top of that eBay will ban your account for any reason or no reason at all, and Paypal is basically just a sugar coated scam operation. I'm just waiting for a real competitor to eBay to come along. Maybe Google should start something?
