The chip giant Intel has something to worry about now, as the orders from Dell largest consumer of chips is passed on to AMD.

Its a very fail deal according to me, depending the volume of systems and for what usage its required, companies would like to go for Intel and / or AMD.

AMD has really nice technology. The cost price is really good as compared to intel. The performance is excellent. Most of the Gaming PC Configs are also based on AMD rather than Intel. The PC magazines also have lauded the performance and cost of AMD.

Its fair enough.

I personally believe AMD is better than intel. But atleast in India Intel is having a cutting edge by marketing and brand name.

Soon it is going to change... they better smell their cheese.
