Viet Nam's dong rose after the central bank said it would crack down on illegal trading of U.S. dollars to prevent a decline of the local currency. The dong advanced 0.02 percent to 16,286.50 per dollar as of 10:00 a.m. in Hanoi, according to data compiled by Bloomberg...
