What sort of advertising has worked for your business
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi there everyone. In this forum people are always asking for Marketing Ideas, and I wondered what types of advertsing have worked for your business approximately how much they costed, who your target marget is, and why you think that particular form of advertising worked for you. Also if you would like, what hasn't worked, and why it didn't. I'd be very interested in the comments you make. _____________________ www.brands-zone.com |

As an online business we use pretty much Google ads exclusively as our paid marketing. Done correctly it's a great way of advertising - but done incorrectly you're just sinking money down a big pit.
Unpaid advertising that's worked well would be press releases (tediuos but amazingly effective), ezine articles, posting in forums and places like BlogCatalog.

I just started using Traffic Exchanges quite heavily.
I created a blog with step by step instructions because people ask me a lot how I am doing it. http://teinfo.blogspot.com Hope this helps! Alicia |

Advertising at relevant sites help a lot try to get ad space at some high traffic site which is related to your business.
Google adwords may also help you. I like to advertise my site at forums with heavy traffic which really works. Also try to have some type of affiliate program so that they will help you to market your product. |

I am obviously a touch bias, however, I believe purchasing sales data customized to your requirements is one of the best ways to advertise your business.
My company can provide contact information regarding consumers buying habits and parsed by credit score. We provide this same data for corporate contracts by SIC code and again by credit score. Regards, Tom www.professional-lists.com |

Blogs and articles submissions. Plus, podcasts and teleseminars helped the company a lot.
