Question Implement a disability program?

Hey everyone,
I'm new to the forum and I'm glad to meet a new network of business owners.
Going to my question, I read a press release a few weeks ago stating that most business owners feel that a disability program is one of the most important things to add to their employee benefits package. How many of you would agree with this? We're all aware that those big companies, like Wal-Mart and state government employers, all provide it to protect their worker's compensation premiums from large increases. But what about for us small businesses, especially when it's completely employee-funded?
Just wanted to know the overall situation for those of us in this forum.
