Hi all,
I am Sid from China. I used to work in Lamp,Battery,Laser and CarPC field,during my working experience,I have heard lots of complain from our customers about the quality of product which made in China. So I think I can help them to control the quality,and also get some profit for myself. What are your guy's opinions?I would like to know if you are the buyer,do you need such service?And what can I do to get buyer's trust in me?(Trust is very important for me because I am offering a service trade but not goods trade) I want to know if there is demand for that,because if there is not,I think I should give it up,please help me! Thanks for all your suggestions! I would like to know all your opinions,please help! |

I think there is need for such a service.
But it's all about thrust. You have to invest time to built that up, and if thats ok, the word goes around, and then there is a future.

And upperz,your words gave me confidence,thanks Can anyone offer me any help about how to get trust from my customer? I have an idea that I can help them inspect their order first,then they transfer the fee to me later?Does it work?People will be attracted by this or they will think I am not serious because I have not asked moneny from them???This question do bothers me a lot. |

I would suggest the following.
- present yourself as a professional with the services you offer (professional website/businesscards) - seek contact on websites like these or like Young Entrepreneur Forums - An entrepreneurial and small business site and many others. - don't try to sell, but get in contact en communicate. The business will come your way, as long as you keep focus. - never ask for business, it will keep customers away, as it is a point of weeknes. Oh yes, be confident and show confident. And never do work before payment. Maybe not 100% in advance, but a customer is a customer when he pays. Because we are talking about long distance relation, it will be hard to solve a financial problem. These are just my 2 cents.

Thank you very much for your significative answers,I have own my site and card,there is no problem.And the site you offered is nice,I never try to sell because I know people will only help me if I help them.These are not the problems. The problem,is still,how I could get trust from Customer?I think I have found out how to solve the problem but I am not sure about it,you think it is impossible because there will be financial problem,right? So if there is no financial problem(I think there is not),shall I used pay after inspection as a useful way to compete with others? I would like to say thanks for all your efforts! |
