Hello everyone. This is my first post!
Here's an example: A and B are directors of a software pvt. ltd. co. 1. Can A sign a contract with the company for supply of software skills? 2. If the company is taken over does the contract still stand? 3. If the company is a one person company(OPC) with only A as director, how would that change answers to question 1 and 2. Last edited by jay75 : 04-20-2008 at 08:36 PM. Reason: neede to add opc |
