From what I have read, the successful domain parking businesses are highly automated and can make money with very few click-throughs by keeping their costs near zero. They buy thousands of domain names and are happy to make a couple of bucks off each one. Unless you are able to do it on that scale, I'd say it is not a good business to get into.
