I have experienced the same for several times:

We offer an international online directory for legal and financial experts. Firms can subscribe online. They fill in our online form, where they also have to check their annual fee, which depends on the number of professionals working at the firm. Often, when we contact them for further information, that we need to establish their listing, they are surprised that this service includes an annual fee. Still I do not understand, how they can overlook our price list or why they think we can offer this service for free!

I would very much appreciate, if you have a look at our online subscription form (at icl-directory.com/subscribe.php) and tell me, if our price list can easily be overseen!
