Hey,
I totally agree with this statement. Also I think the fact that a younger team, although maybe less experienced, has a lot more insight on what's going on in the web today (trends, new tactics, etc), rather than an oldy who will stick to traditional methods and who in my opinion aren't at all interested in changing "old habits"
