I want to develop software to produce energy certificates

Scope:

- Calculation tool for assessing energy efficiency data for homes
- Data to be entered via web by end users
- Include database to hold user information

Users enter data collected via a site survey, which includes information on the age of the property, the number of rooms, dimensions of the property, heating controls etc.

Brief Spec:

- Use a web interface
-Provide user accounts
-edit Worksheets
-save and restore sessions
-Produce energy efficiency certificates
