I have learned from many people over the years, but when it all came back to who primarily taught those people, it was Dan Kennedy (
www.dankennedy.com). He is an amazing copywriter with some great products.
Personally, I would start out with his A-Z Copywriting system and then you can onto other things from there depending on your interests.
**Warning** His stuff is not cheap at all, but it is the best. I have learned more from him than many other people in my career.
