Interesting idea about the mortgages and advertising money!, also adding reviews of the area and zoning information. I haven't think about that but that could be great, also maybe adding a discussion area where people can discuss advantages and disadvantages of each area maybe could be and interesting idea!

I added more info to the blog. Mainly I'm now trying to determine which can be a good search page. Which options are common like bedrooms, bathrooms, location?. I added a possible search page on the blog. What do you think. What I can improve?
