I'm against that theory, a piece of paper and a few years at university or college getting that degree isn't always the best. It's up to the person whether they're committed to the job in hand and their knowledge behind their skill. If someone is a good businessman and knows what they're doing, i doubt a piece of paper is going to improve that.
I don't count myself as an excellent business person but i have had basic schooling and i'm going onto further education within business, but it's just because i'd like to know a little bit more, and obviously the college parties

But i could walk out now and still have the same motivation as i would if i did my course and then left, the result isn't going to change the way i look from a business minded guy.
