You won't be high qualified employer with out education, that's for sure . To improve your stuff only by your "rich" experience you probably have to "jump" above your head.
I'm definitely agree with Jenny ( I wonder how the learned forum looks at a degree just as a piece of paper !!!! ) It can not be just a piece of paper. It can be just a huge theoretical basis that you've create to realised all your professional abilities. Usually , one should start with education first and than to improve your self in practical level. I would never recruit a person with out educational degree. ( that's all regarding level of administration , of’ course) .Although , someone with a very good experience could be almost retire age .
