Having an educational degree certificate should always be considered as the most important criteria to seek a job succesfully. Suppose one person has done his 12th standard with some experience and the other has a degree and who is a fresher,in that case the fresher will land up getting a more starting salary package compared to the first one or his starting salary will be the same as the first one . This is the rule of the game.
